Cambridge Poetry Lollapalooza

Twelve Cambridge-based poets will give short readings from award-winning books in a celebration of a long tradition of poetry at John’s.

College Writer-in-residence Vona Groarke, Ireland Professor of Poetry, is hosting the event, which will feature readings from poets including Dan Burt, Honorary Fellow of St John’s, and St John’s Library staff Adam Crothers, Special Collections Assistant, and Rebecca Watts, Projects Assistant.

Fellow Cambridge-based poets performing at the event will be Stav Poleg, Angela Leighton, Mina Gorji, Claudine Tououngi, Bhanu Kapil, James Womack, Steven Toussaint, and Tristam Fane Saunders.

Cambridge Poetry Lollapalooza takes place from 6.30-8pm. Admission is free and all are welcome, tickets are not required.
