Background

Dr Williams is first and foremost a vet. He teaches at the vet school in Cambridge, running the ophthalmology clinic at the Queen's Veterinary School Hospital but also lecturing in animal welfare and ethics, which is as much his passion as are animal eyes! He is a committed Christian, keen to see how his faith impacts on his work both in Clinical Veterinary Medicine and in teaching.

Teaching

He teaches veterinary ophthalmology and animal welfare and ethics at the vet school. He is Director of Studies in Veterinary Sciences at St John's, ensuring that the students see the clinical relevance of their preclinical studies as much as possible.
