Departmental homepageDr Evans has been College Lecturer in French at St John's College since 2009.
She teaches undergraduate papers in film and visual culture, and in 20th- and 21st-century French and Francophone studies. She also teaches on the MPhil course in film and screen studies, and supervises PhD students.
Dr Evans's research interests encompass theoretical and historical questions concerning cinema and the senses, cinema and fairy tale, and cinema and the natural world.
